Lock Restrictions
Our JetCars are designed for use within a single body of water. Travel through locks is not permitted.

Inclement Weather Policy
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather. However, guests may reschedule their reservation for a different date within the current season if weather conditions prevent the rental. Inclement weather is defined as conditions involving high winds, lightning, or thunder as determined by the National Weather Service. In the event of severe weather while on the water, our staff will guide you to a safe location.

Boating License Requirements
In Tennessee, boaters born after January 1, 1989, are required to possess and carry a valid Tennessee Boater Education Card when operating boats with engines of 8.5 horsepower or greater.
